We’ll make this easy.

Registering your child starts with a click and a $75 deposit with full payment due by May 1. Deposits are non-refundable, but you can switch weeks and/or programs at any time (based on availability) and transfer all fees. If you need support registering, please email registrar@campfitchymca.org and we will gladly help you through the process. Registration starts every June for the following year, so avoid waitlists by registering early.

Camp Fitch YMCA offers Financial Aid and Tiered Pricing so that ALL families can experience our impactful programs. If cost seems like a barrier to your child attending, please visit our Financial Assistance page and know we are here to listen and remove cost as the barrier for your child to attend: Financial Assistance 

 

Tiered Pricing Options

All Tiered Pricing Options enroll your child in the same life changing Camp Fitch experience, but the tiered prices allow your family to choose how to help us address the rising costs of providing the Camp Fitch experience and still provide financial assistance to all children who need support to attend Camp Fitch:

Option A = true cost of camp plus support program and lodging improvements 
Option B = true cost of camp 
Option C = subsidized cost of camp* 

* Financial Assistance is available for families making up to $120,000 per year.
The tiers are called “Options” because you get to choose the cost of camp for your child. Please choose the Option that fits your family’s budget and know that ALL children receive the same high-quality program regardless of the amount paid.

“Waitlist” means that a session is currently filled to capacity, and we are adding names to a priority list for the inevitable cancellations or changes that occur before each camp session. Campers will be added from the waitlist in order as spots become available. Registration for these sessions are still available if you wish to be put on the waitlist. Camp Fitch cannot guarantee spots will become available, and the registration fee will be refunded or carried over to next season for those on the waitlist who do not get a spot.
