Can campers stay for more than one session?
Campers can be registered for as many sessions as they desire. We provide a complimentary weekend program for all “stow-aways” including meals, special activities and some supervised downtime so campers can recharge their batteries for the following week.
What is the registration fee?
The registration fee is $50 for each session in which you have enrolled your child.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
The per-session registration fee is neither refundable nor transferable to another child under any circumstances. If you can cancel more than 30 days before your camp session starts, all other fees will be refunded in full. Due to the difficulty of filling cancelled spots just prior to or during the summer season, cancellations within 30 days of the session start date will receive no fee refund. All fees are due in full by June 1, 2016. Cancellations must be received in writing via post or email to be eligible for a refund. Please email cancellations to firstname.lastname@example.org. Confirmation of our receipt of the cancellation notice will be sent to you by return mail or email. If you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation, that means we have not received your cancellation notice and no refund will be given.
Do you offer financial assistance?
Camp Fitch YMCA is a charitable organization and over 50 passionate volunteers raise enough money every year to assist families who understand the value of a sleep-away Camp experience. To apply for assistance, send us a completed campership (a scholarship for Camp!) application along with your registration form.

Can my camper be in the same cabin as his or her friend?
Camp Fitch strives to meet these requests, however we may not be able to honor all of them. If two campers are within one-year of each other’s age, they can be placed in the same cabin, if mutually requested. To encourage everyone to make new friends at Camp, we strongly encourage only one Cabin Request per camper.
To ensure a great experience for as many kids as possible, we do our best to limit large groups of friends from being assigned to the same cabin. We want all of our campers to broaden their social network at Camp, and find that distributing groups of friends in the neighboring cabins makes for a more successful week. Even if they are not in the same cabin, there are sill plenty of opportunities for kids who know each other from home to spend time together at Camp.
